Most properties in Sunnyland are eligible to have new septic systems installed with most of the cost being covered by grant money. If you are interested in participating in the septic upgrade program but were holding off because your reimbursement amount was less than $18k contact matthew.badolato@brevardfl.gov for the latest details. I was told they have allocated an additional $300k to cover a 50% increase in the previously authorized amounts, but it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis, so you want to get your application in ASAP.
